Let’s start with good Nutrition. I can’t stress enough the power of clean eating and replenishing essential nutrients. Eating clean mean to consume foods that are not genetically modified (GMO), processed foods or foods loaded with pesticides. Common foods that are genetically modified: Corn, seedless watermelon, zucchini, papayas. GMO’s are toxic to our bodies and reek havoc as the toxins slowly creeps up and cause disease, this is a very controversial subject. Some may have a problem with digesting these foods and develop constipation. Regular bowel movements is going 2 – 3 times per day. If you’re going 2 – 3 times per week it’s a problem. You may say that you have done this your entire life. Well, it’s a chronic problem. The gut is the first line of defense for your immune system.
